Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. Accidents happen, and we will take care of it. The burden should never be on the homeowner.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We don’t agree with them. It’s our job to provide you with a great service that you wouldn’t want to live without. Also, life happens and your circumstances change. We don’t feel comfortable forcing someone to use our services.
How and when do I pay you?
We accept cash, check and credit card through PayPal. All payments are due before or at the time of service.
What if I am not satisfied?
We come back and fix any problems. Open communication is key.
What day and time do you clean?
We clean Monday – Friday 8 am- 5 pm. Weekends are by appointment only and are not for a regular cleaning schedule.
I won’t be home during the cleaning. How do you get in?
Providing a key or garage code is highly recommended. You can leave your home unlocked, but Spiffy Clean is not responsible for any incident that may occur.
Who provides the cleaner and equipment?
We provide everything. We use eco-friendly, non-scented cleaners and HEPA filtration vacuums.
What if there is something I want you to use?
If you prefer a certain product we are more than happy to use it, but you must supply the product.

Did you know that the EPA disclosed that indoor air could be up to five times more polluted than outdoor air? That’s why at Spiffy Clean, we use ProTeam Sierra vacuums. These are top-of-the-line vacuums with internal HEPA filters.
